My classes offer a space to tune into the body, to explore the subtle inner landscape beyond the physical, and tap into the inner wisdom that's already within you.

Incorporating mindful movement with breathwork and meditation, we aim to centre the mind & foster a deeper connection to your body drawing from the traditional teachings of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow style yoga.

The Sound journeys are an opportunity for you to to calm the mind, release stuck emotions, and promote deep relaxation. Using waves of sound to encompass you and re-align your cells back to balance.

Each class offers support and guidance throughout your practice, and a sense of community.
