About Me

My yoga journey began 10 years ago when I was struggling with anxiety at university. A close friend suggested to try Hatha Yoga and after joining my local studio, I very quickly realised how transformative yoga could be - not just for my mental health, but also physical, emotional & spiritual well-being too.

I became deeply fascinated with exploring various styles of yoga, meditation techniques and other modalities in the wellness & spiritual world. Yoga has always been a grounding force in my life, something I can turn to, bringing me back into my body, back to connection and the present again.

As my passion grew, I started seeking out Teacher Trainings to deepen my practice and share it with others. The perfect opportunity came when I was living in London, and I enrolled in a 200-hour Teacher Training at State Yoga Studio. This experience was truly life-changing, with teachings from some of the most knowledgeable instructors I’ve ever met. It was an immersive journey that I never wanted to end, and along the way, I built lasting friendships and connections within the yoga community. I walked away feeling deeply inspired, enriched by the fascinating history & anatomy of yoga, empowered by the skills I gained to teach and guide others on their journey.

As a dedicated Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, my passion lies in guiding students on a journey of self-enquiry where mind meets body and soul. I believe in the importance of carving out time each day to prioritize self-care, allowing us to reconnect with ourselves and nurture our well-being.

After discovering first-hand how deeply yoga supported my own mental well-being, I’ve become passionate about sharing the great benefit with others. I truly believe in the power yoga brings to guide us through challenging times, helping us find peace, resilience and clarity when we need it most.

One of my core values is ensuring that yoga is accessible and inclusive for everyone, regardless of their background, abilities or experience.
